Wow I am so excited to some changes taking place in my weight. A wonderful lady guided me to checking my carb intake and
now I am following her low carb plan and so far it is starting to work for me. This morning I was down another 1.5 pounds. In three days I have lost 2.5 pounds and I am so pleased as for the last year I have tried everything I could find to drop some pounds only to go down a pound or two and stay there even with daily exercise, but now being down 2.5 pounds in three days
and no exercise makes me think it's been a carb issue all this time and I was totally blind to checking my carbs but was counting calories instead. Thanks to Marlene, my low carb mentor for getting me on the right track, now I'm motivated to getting back to my exercise and diffently counting my carbs to see where I will be by the end of this month.

Yep, it's amazing what going lower carb can do for our bodies and self-esteem. I wonder how many of us have gluten sensitivity, too. The 7sprouted grain bread only has 7 carbs per slice and 1 slice toasted then spread with peanut butter is a great snack or part of lunch. I get the bread at Trader Joe's and freeze it right away. Good luck!

So happy for you! Just keeping it simple and watch the Net Carbs along with the Regular Carbs is the KEY to unlocking your way to losing the excess weight. Also, remember to pay attention to your calorie....Marlene
