My Goal is to drop 30 pound by my wedding date. In the past year I've lost 15 pounds but it's time to step it up because i have less than a year to my wedding. Eep! I have been taking vitamin supplement to help improve my results. I want this to be a change in life style and not a diet so I'm changing my eating habit but not restricting myself.
