Just got back from the cardiologist office. He was amazed. I'm off all heart meds (BP and cholesterol) for good. I was told he didn't need to see me for another year and if I keep up what I've done, then I will no longer need to see him at all.
Who would have thought? I still have weight to lose but all the hard work is shining through. AWESOME.
