Ahhhh, sweet vegetables.
Yesterday I had an URGE for vegetables. This does not happen very often, but when it does, I cave in and have them! Lol!
After a weekend of meat and potatoes (and weight gain) I think my body just wanted something better and healthier. So Wife and I went to have a salad for lunch, and we had Red curry thai chicken for dinner. All low calorie and all very tasty.
This was a great beginning of the week, and easy to see on the scale today, as I have reached a new low at 137 kgs - that is 1 1/2 kg (3lbs) less than yesterday! Wow. I guess stuff is really piling up inside you when you are not eating right.
I have - of course - stayed within my RDI all weekend. This is something I try really hard to do - and usually accomplish. It has been very rare that I have consumed too many calories, but I know I still need to be on my toes on this.
Today is teaching day - I go teach music after work, and I will not be home until late tonight.
I brought a pasta salad for dinner and leftover Curry from yesterday for lunch. I will be looking forward to having it.
Life is good!
