weighted at 8 am trying to keep loosing need more exsercise walking 3 times a week my weight was 206.8 lost 3.5 pds I am on the diabetic diet
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
