Last night though I exercised, I pigged out on food. Not necessarily junk food but I pigged out regardless right before going to bed. Then Samsek was sleeping next to me and I stayed up rubbing my eye. Basically I didn't get good sleep and I pigged out right before sleeping.

I woke up feeling good due to the workout, I also feel really tired even though in hours I got enough sleep. However my sleep quality must have been bad.

Don't sleep with Samsek in the small room. Not enough space.

Don't eat at least 3 hours before sleeping.

Be in bed by 10. Wake up at 5:30 and do 6AM class.

Be productive.

Ate out at 소공동 뚝배기 near 알라딘 서점 for a late lunch. Had a headache and minor case of hives. Headache rest of the day. Soy msg
