Heyroo to all of you reading!

I am frustrated. I need to start tracking my weight, exercise, and my challenges.

I feel weak-willed. I am able to get out about 20 min each night and walk with my mom, but that's all. I need to work on getting out of the house more.

I can do this. Just need to get back on track.

Have you tried planning out your day, by the hour if necessary and following your plan to the letter. If it says go for a walk at 10:00 go for a walk, ect. It can be hard to be motivated but remember we are all here for you and want you to succeed. Don't let us down and get your butt moving! Here is a good KICK for good measure. I have found the more I move the better I feel, the more I sit the more sluggish and unmotivated I feel. Only you can push yourself to do better. So, PUSH!!!
