I was surprised to see that I weighed 68.8 kilos today. It's like last week my body held all the weight and this week I am just losing them:-)
Yesterday I made lots of things from weight training to running. It was really something. I was very tired but I got my award weighing 68.8 kilos. I feel very tired today though so no sports today. Maybe walking slowly near the beach a little just to move. That's all:-)
Three positive things about me: I am determined with my WW program
I am not feeling moody these days
I started to like the image that I see in the mirror although I have to continue following my diet.

You've lost 10.8 lbs in the past 13 days and from your diet journal I can see you're not eating enough at all, especially with the exercise you're doing. It's fun to lose weight quickly but do you have a plan for maintaining that loss? It's going to be really hard to stick to the plan you have right now...
