One more week until vacation and I could not stay away from the scale. I had some less than healthy food Sunday. But I eat so much less junk now that it has been easier to eat a little and be done. I don't want to fall into my old patterns and so far I've been ok. Vacation will be interesting. I will not always be in control of the menu and sometimes finding raw veggies is the biggest challenge. I'm going to miss my salads. As I mentioned before I am not going to stress. This will be a time to enjoy. Count down to peace and relaxation continues.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

:) Yes, I will keep it under control but stress free. If I eat some rice I will not pass out and obsess. Not immediately anyway.
