Finally dropped a pound! I'm really excited. I definitely fell off the wagon about a month ago, but I have been trying really hard to get back on track. It's going to be tough for the next two weeks - 6 finals in 10 days - yikes! Wish me luck. I know I won't have much time to make it to the gym, yoga or the track, so I'm going to try to scale back a little bit, and see how that goes. I can't wait for some time off after this so I can get back to the gym classes, yoga and running!! :)
