when I was running I was using the Nike+ sensor and liked it. But since I haven't been running, waiting to see if my hip will stop hurting, I of course haven't used it.
So I thought in the meantime I would use my pedometer to keep track of how many steps I took during the day. Problem is, they're not very accurate.
Today I found a new app for my Blackberry, Endomondo. It uses GPS to track distance, I just don't know if it will track walking, indoors. I sent the question to their help desk.
I'm doing all this so when I go see my doctor next month I can say - See? I'm doing all this... and show him my tracking... and still I'm not loseing weight. Do I hope it's my thyroid and he'll somehow beable to tweak it into working? Only if the result is me dropping 25 pounds!
