Well, I ate pizza and I lost! So here's my new diet - just eat pizza!

Seriously, though, I exercised and worked hard yesterday, and for 2 days straight, I hit all 3 big macro numbers. In fact I've been pretty good on both fat and protein intake for 5 of the last 6 days. I still don't eat as clean as I'd like, but I'm working toward that. Little steps...

It's Sunday, and my wife gets back from her trip - looking forward to that! She can take care of the little runts now! (Her dogs, people. They've been very needy without her.)

Going to try to eat well today, and exercise, hopefully. Very happy about the loss, and I want to keep it rolling!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
