I'm up a little. Probably due more to my birthday excess than yesterday's lack of exercise, though I was not happy I missed out. I will get a fair amount of exercise (yardwork, cleaning garage) today, so it should level out in a day or two.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
