OK I admit I am a little nervous about my weigh in today. I have to be at the gym early for emasurements and weight etc... and because I have fallen into a comfortable routine where I am notreally thinking about what I am eating but rather that I am just eating what is right, and that I have probably had more than my wine allottment leaves me nervous.
I can tell that my body has changed - but I relaly cannot tell how. My belly feels flatter which is AAWESOME but that is about it. Maybe my legs look a little more like legs and not like straight pillars.
Will see...
