Holding steady and still haven't hit the 30 pounds lost goal yet. I will try to get in more exercise today. The problem has been that I haven't been able to exercise before 8pm any night this week. I am already tired by this time of the evening. If I exercise at 8 it means that I am exercising right after having eaten. It just hasn't been a good week to get in my exercise. I will try to exercise at 6 tonight before cooking supper. This means that we will be eating a little later tonight, but we stay up later on Friday night anyways.

Supper tonight will be spaghetti and turkey meat sauce and some type of veggie for me. The family will have garlic bread to go with theirs.

After supper tonight I intend to wrap some presents to put under the tree. I bought beautiful wrapping paper and ribbons last year when it went on sale. I love packages wrapped in unusual paper and tied up with REAL ribbon not pre-made bows.
