Two years on and back to the drawing board again. Due to being lazy and not watching the food ive eaten i have gained weight again and am classed as obese once again.I have started to count calories using fatsecret again and am taking brisk walks regularly where im burning upto 1100 calories. I aim to lose 48 pounds and am confident i can do it. In the first week i have managed to lose 5 pounds.
