I went to a meeting yesterday - I think it is good to start something new but down a little about learning a new points system and having to buy new books. I am a free lifetime member but would like e-tools from WW again to help with the new program. WW doesn't seem to address lifetime members at all on their site. Anyone know how to use the new program on this site?

I think it's great. They are trying to get people to eat more whole foods instead of all the processed stuff out there. It allows you to eat more protein, fruits and veggies where before you had to think about eating an apple because you didn't have the points. It still lets you eat treats but you have to plan for them. Yes, it's new and different, but change can be good. Give the plan time. They wouldn't roll out a new plan if they didn't think it would work.

You seem to be holding your own over the holidays. Keep up the great work! Merry Christmas!
