You have to love how your body grabs pounds after a loss :/ The good news is I have lost 1.75 inches so this is progress that I feel wonderful about. Not too worried about the gain because I am following my diet. wieght is a combination of water,bone,muscle,fat,blood and organ. Not really a great indication of how well we are doing in our pursuit of living healthy imo. The scale is just a tool I use, it is not the end all of the journey.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
