Extremely on the go since I signed on FS. It sooo figures that when I decide to put me first everyone wants or needs me for something. Although I haven't been logging my food intake or my walks - I must say at least I am aware and keeping mental notes. (I have even caught myself writing the numbers down in pencil on the counter for the day.)
