I can't wait to weigh on Friday - my 16wk mark. . .

I am fascinated with my perceptions. Case in point: i thought i didn't do well in November. but when i look at my weigh-in diary i realize that isn't true. In Oct i lost 4.6lbs and in Nov i lost 7.2lbs. That is a 56% increase in weightloss for November! And what's odd is that looking at the diet calender for Nov, I actually ate more calories on a daily average and had more days that i ate more than i burned. And when i did eat more than i burned, it was more than ever.

Actually now that i'm typing that out, i'm more confused. I did do worse, but somehow lost more weight. Maybe it's a metbolism thing. . . ?
176.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
