I am much happier about my weight loss this week. I NEED to remember that my body will hold onto weight when I first start to watch what I eat then then BOOM it lets it go.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
