Hello everyone

another week had passed and another 2 pounds lost. I feel healthier in my progress. :D

My menu of the day ( December 8, 2008 )

Right after I woke up : Milk and 2 slices of bread with a little bit of mayonnaise.

Lunch: 2 cups of rice with tuna fish, 1 fresh tomato and more water ( for lunch I usually ate fresh green veggies, chicken and fish ).

Evening: Mango shakes and 4 pieces of prunes or combination of any fruits.


I changed the taste every day for a colorful meal plus 60 minutes of exercising 5 times a week ( walking, jogging and different crunches). My diet and exercise really works for me.

206.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
