For my beloved FS buddies... a confession and a lesson from the health dream fairies. Did well all day yesterday until after trick or treating. Leading up to the evening, I had about 50 calories left to save for an after trick or treat snack. I was so tired by the time we were done (9:00) and my kids hadn't eaten, so we went through Carl's Jr. drive-thru. I had a grilled cod sandwich and a few fries from my kids' order. So even though I was over my cals for the day, I was really hungry and I didn't order the worst thing on the menu so I felt OK. Then I should have gone to bed since I was so tired, but I stayed up while my daughter finished some homework. I had 3 or 4 of her mini chocolate bars from her bag and a small bag of nacho cheese Doritos, and a glass of skim milk. Went to bed feeling a bit guilty. So here's the "lesson" that I can share only with you close FS friends since we've discussed just about everything in these threads...I had a dream last night that the new health craze was to eat your own poop. That's right, it was discovered that it contains some amazing compounds that aid in weight loss and fitness, but it tasted like chocolate! I was at an outdoor health fair with all these famous health gurus and even Jillian Michael's (she haunts me in my dreams since I haven't done one of her DVDs in almost a week) and everyone was carrying around their own little Tupperware containers of poop. I woke up feeling so gross and am pretty sure I won't be eating any more chocolate for a while. Lesson learned.

Wayne, it took me a few minutes to figure out what you were telling me to burn. Then I got it. Oh, burn the calories. Duh. Was too tired this morning to work out, but will do something tonight. Thanks!

You sound pretty level headed about your slight over-indulgence last night, but your dreams scream otherwise lol. I love it :-) I, too, have had some pretty off the wall dreams!

I really was laughing out loud reading this. Hilarious post... and don't worry, we all know how you feel. I get the weird food nightmares too... Although none about poop. But, anyway, Keep smiling!
