Draglist's Journal, 31 October 2013

So had a good fast day going but coworkers talked me into a Halloween happy hour. Three beers and a bit of fried chicken and so much for the fast. Not too bad to end the month, but gonna have to wait until the morning or later for a lower weight! Happy Halloween, everyone!

Yeah, didn't top 2000 calories. And finished the month at about 1712 per day. I can live with that. But aiming for 1400-1500 per day on average for November and December.

Hi Bill, glad you had fun. Love happy hour :) And being under 2000 calories is good. Hopefully you will see a whoosh after the alcohol :)

That will have to wait until after a fast day today! I forgot three hard rolls I had with dinner. That put me up to 2074 but I squeezed in the month with an average calorie burn of 2729 and an average calories eaten at 1728! So I met my minimum 1000 calorie per day deficit which the experts say is two pounds a week but in reviewing my history I see that I'm most successful at a 1350 per day average deficit. I plan to hit that for the rest of 2013.
