I managed to gain weight with my diet? What the actual hell LOL?
148.6 lb Lost so far: 54.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have been so disciplined with your eating, I find it hard to believe its true weight gain. You are probably just retaining a bit of water. Did you have something salty or it could be "time of month" coming

That can happen when you are carb cycling or eating very low calories. Lower carb days you will lose because you are pushing water out of the cells. Higher carb days take the water back in to the cells so the scale shifts constantly. If you eat a very low calories one day and up it the next, you will see a gain. The most important thing is the overall loss. If your chart is mostly downward spiral, than you are doing fine. Weight loss isn't linear (constantly going down). It can look like a roller coaster with ups and downs. If you aren't taking in huge amounts of calories, then the shifting of the scale is water weight and normal. It takes 3500 calories to gain an actual pound of fat.

Yeah I think it's about the time of month ;) And thanks a lot Suzi, I think it's water because saulty salmon may have retained some water.
