Go to amazon.com and look up reviews for a book called "Becks Diet Solution". It's a book about the psychological reasons why we eat and our behaviors with food. It might help you. Also, check your local library to see if they have it. No matter what anyone says, you have to find the determination to get back on track. You don't have a lot to lose, so it may take longer and be more difficult to get those pounds off. Exercise is a good thing. It helps relieve stress, burn fat and calories and helps your heart. Take a new exercise class, something to get you excited. When you feel good, you want to keep feeling good. You need to learn to change your relationship with food (don't we all, lol!). One day at a time and baby steps.
