Ok..this sucks. Isnt the challenge gain 1 lb per week? Not happy w/ myself but I can see a few problems. I started weighing myself almost every day. I didn't seen any results-thought maybe I should up my calories-big mistake! Following problems: not drinking enough water,when I don't stay aware from white sugar I start craving it,not enough exercise and it doesn't take much for me to give up when I am off track. Starting a new week today and keeping this all in mind.
