Weekend is always hard for me. Hubby likes to eat at restaurants, and I go with him, of course, but salad never sounds good. We used to share a meal, but lately he has been ordering his own. I need to tell him I don't want to over eat, but he'll just tell me to take it home. ;o)
Oh, well, here's to the week ahead!!

You can look up the menu at many restaurants before you go to see what they have to offer. You don't necessarily have to have a salad. Many places will cook the order how you want and many places offer healthier options.
