Had a long lasting migraine and ate foods that helped the pain like honey sandwiches etc. especially as needed food in y tummy for antibiotics to help clear sinus inflammation.
221.1 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
