Its quite difficulty recording my food journal with nigerian foods..hope I get help from someone...but have been pushing myself lately to do exercise more even though I feel pains allover but no pain... no gain..right?....

If you can't find the information on here, try googling the foods. There are many sites with all kinds of information. If you can't find the exact food, try for something similar.
