Checked my complete diet calendar and I am averaging 102% of my RDI right now. I know the calories have been creeping in. It is so cold and dark when I get up, dark when I leave work, and I am the type to hibernate, so I kind of expected it. I just have to really watch myself better during the winter. No weight gain yet, but no loss either for the past 4 days. I did download a new app for my blackberry that gives me workouts anywhere. It is called GYMTECHNIK. Like FS it syncs to your website, but it also allows you do track your exercises offline. You do not need to be able to connect to see your workout for the day. You also set up your own workouts on it and it keeps track of your stats for you. I think it is really good.

I have that app too, but I never used it yet. Maybe I'll have to check it out. I hear ya on the darkness - I work midnights, so I get off work when it's still dark, go home and sleep through the day and wake up when it's dark. I think I'd make a great vampire haha. So long as we aware of what that will do to a body, we should be able to curb the damage. Small steps in the right direction will get us there!
