It was really nice to feel like all the walking and doing my best to eat well is paying off. I am ready to work on the rest that remains. I stopped and visited with my brother, his wife and children on the way home and feel so much better today. I am feeling very blessed today.
335.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 200.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you friends for helping me celebrate my day. I am happy that it was a good loss and I am going to continue to work hard until it is nothing to lose but everything to celebrate.
