gg-girl's Journal, 25 October 2013

TGIF,

So much I would love to say...but, as usual, time is short.

Got on the scale this morning...I lived through it.

Took the doggie-girls for a run this morning. 1.5 miles took about 25 minutes. Between the potty stops & putting the booties back on Ms. GG, & then readjusting them, it was a bit frustrating, but still rewarding in the fact that we were out there!

There has to be a better way to get those dratted things to stay on her. Better find some help...google/bing/utube...since at this point those little booties are way smarter than me!

Maybe hip boots? LOL!!! It's too cute you are putting booties on her. Between that and pooper-scooping... how do you get in a good run? Hee Hee! You didn't do so bad on the scales. Hang in there.

I've never been able to keep those things on my dogs (when we lived in colder places LOL!). Even the "best" fitting ones seemed to come off no matter what I did. Of course, I was always worried about getting them too tight too. Don't know how those Iditarod dogs generally keep them on... Hope GG's toes improve SOON!

LOL..had to laugh at M2B's remark..maybe some suspender type things would work..in the winter I would put baby socks on my poodle to keep her feet warm...they went up to her shoulders..but they wouldn't stay on either...got tickled when she would walk funny...Hope you find the answer...Have a great weekend...:O)

She is such a good sport wearing those! The best solution is to hope she won't need them for very long.

LOL on the booties, I hope you have figured out a way to get them to stay on that doesn't involve duck tape or staples - lol.
