Happy Thanksgiving to my American buddies!!

I am so excited about Thanksgiving dinner. My hostess and I have been chatting about my WoE all week and she is even making her usual pumpkin chiffon (no crust pumpkin pie-ish dessert) with stevia. And choosing low carb veg side dishes. And her killer crab appetizer with only cream cheese and not her usual cream of mushroom soup. And I'm making some almond flour pumpkin muffins. There will be plenty of legal food. Not overeating all the yumminess will be the challenge! But the fact that she cares enough to ask and to make all kinds of adjustments for one person at the table really warms my heart.

I probably won't be online much this weekend. The DH & I are going up to San Francisco for our annual weekend in the City. They light the holiday tree in Union Square Friday night. We're doing Dicken's Fair on Saturday. Then lunch at the Rotunda before heading home on Sunday. I will probably *take* my laptop, I just don't know how much I'll use it.

I am finally starting to have more energy, although the sinus headaches still ambush me and my energy is nowhere near normal. But other than that, life is good and I have many, many things to be thankful for.
