I've been stress eating. I'll have a few good days, then a few craving days. It's been bad, but at least I'm holding steady. I'm really trying to get the stress under control. It's not easy, since I have almost no control over the stressors.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
