A little disheartening that after a 1600 calorie day yesterday I gained 2.6 lbs. But today's another fast day so this should just be a temporary upward blip.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
