With the return of the cold weather comes more time in the house to rummage through the cabinets. The job search is still on and still annoying. My weight has gone up one pound which doesn't sound like much but worries me because I've seen this before. I've decided that instead of snacking I'm going to try to have a cup of herbal tea and see if that keeps me from munching on some cookies or other not so good for me carbs. I found an herbal tea that is so good, so I bought a big bag and I'm ready to have a serious tea party! Hope everyone has a great Thursday.

Agree on the herbal tea. Hot anything.. tea, soup, water with lemon.. always slows me down and makes me think about the non hungry munchies attack.
