Speaking at a conference on Aboriginal Business today. Sometimes I think mine is the ONLY successful Aboriginal business here in Manitoba as I am asked to speak at every single conference, forum, business workshop that they have had since I opened 6 years ago LOL. Actually, I am quite honoured that people recognize the hard work myself and my husband put in every day and the sacrifices we have made for our success. Now I just have to be as successful in my weight loss!

I am taking an orange and a granola bar with me today, since I don't know what is going to be available on the lunch buffet. The conference centre is out of the city, so no chance of going somewhere else over lunch to choose my own meal. I am sure they will at least have a salad, most buffets do.

Otherwise, still freezing my butt off, literally. It is so cold in my office that I get up from my desk at least once an hour and do some stretching exercises to limber up and to WARM up. Even so, at the end of the day, when I get home and am changing into my sweats, I find my butt and my love handles are chilly. Still too much fat there I guess and not enough blood vessels to supply it LOL. I know that that won't be a problem by this time next year anyway.
