I have gained 20 pounds since my last weight in which was in August of o7....I read an article that stated you are in control and you are the only one that can do it.....so that is what I am going to do.....wish me luck

210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 50.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.3 lb a week
