Well it's been over a week and I am doing well I've lost 5 pounds, but I'm sure it's all water. I am not getting as much exercise cause I have worked so much, but I planned to do more, now that I have finished working for Block for a while. I set up that I could save 10 dollars for every pound as an incentive to stay on my diet and buy an ipad when I reach my goal.
