I love recording my daily food intake. I had no idea how many calories I've been eating and drinking!

The calories sure add up quickly. Keep logging them in no matter what..Soon you will gradually discover the fatsecret.

Your right until I started using fat secrete I had no idea I was eating soooooo many calories :( I now log in 2/3 times a day I love it :)
