Ugh... That Olive Garden lunch was WAY too much food, too rich, and settled like a lead brick in my stomach. It was delicious but wow. Kind of looking forward to eating a little lighter this week after that. Need to if I want to drop the last 7 pounds. I think next week I am going to start doing 1 day per week fasts, drinking green tea and water only. I think I will make it Wednesday. That seems like the day where I will have ramped up for the week, before the end of week "sluggishness" can kick in. So I think that is my plan.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you make that your plan for next week I will join you on your one fast day. I am already eating reduced calories two days per week. I think I can manage one of them as a green tea and water day. As you get off your last seven maybe I can get into the mid 150's.

Lets go for it! Wednesday the 30th is going to be a fast day for me. Provided my body doesn't have any truly horribly reactions to it, I will start doing it every Wednesday. My goal is at least a pound a week 10/27/13-12/14/2013. Maybe we can both hit our goals by Christmas?
