We have been moving and no time to work out, besides I'm exhausted anyway. We are still eating with my mother but the things like bread and french fries that she makes for my step-dad and the kids have been drawing me in. And I have had a pop-tarts every morning for about the last two weeks. I went and bought some steel cut oats and made those last night and then portioned them out for the week. I'm hoping this will help with my sugar craving in the morning.
147.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
