I am actually back and since my last weigh in I have gained . There's just so much stress and crap going on I wasn't thinking well nor thinking about my weight and how I was eating. But Now it is different because I am putting myself first and thinking towards bettering my health and trying not to stress over stupid things. My good friend and I had a great talk and she helped me realize what I should do and now I'm getting better and I will let things run their own course. In time things will get better, day by day!
