I have a lot going against me age,amount I need to lose,herniated disk. But I am at the point where I can't stand to look at myself anymore. I need to do this for myself to feel better and to help me heal inside and out. I can do this. I have to resist my sweet tooth and the fact that I love all the things that have high carbs. I want to start walking for at least a 1/2 hour a day to start it is hard on my back but it is about my only exercise option at this time.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hi Deanna i hear ya. I feel the same way - I am disgusted with myself and my eating habits. I crave carbs and the more i eat the more I crave. We know what we need to do now we just have to do it! good for you try and get a walk in every day if you can. You'll feel so much better if you do this for yourself.

Thanks. I am the same the more carbs I have the more I want. I also don't usually eat until around 1 or 2 in the afternoon so I am also going to start eating breakfast around 10. And we eat late dinner around 8 pm so I have to adjust that to around 6 my husband well just have to eat without me he often works late so is not hungry until 7 or 8. Lots of changes but I hope for the better I am just tired of not feeling good about myself on the outside. Its also hard to be romantic when you are not happy with the way you look. Things have to change and soon.
