Up a bit this week busy and slacked on workouts. But God is still good and will get right back on track!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I am not going to let 2lbs get me all frazzled. It will be fine and things will balance out in the coming week. Thanks for all your encouraging entries. I read them daily.
