Finally after 2 weeks of holding steady, I've lost 2 lbs...I hope it doesn't take 2 more weeks to lose more. I think my body just needed to adjust to the extra training I've been doing the past 2 weeks.
Took a yoga class at the YMCA for the first time yesterday and really loved it! It felt great...especially after a 4 mile run.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thats great I too had a holt in loss for awhile but then I lost 1.5 and five days later another 1.5. Keep it up your doing something right
