Starting over again but at least I'm learning from my past. I know the main trigger now. ALCOHOL!I cannot turn to alcohol everyday for my anxiety. Must turn to exercise and healthy food to keep me sane. I am in control, I can do this!!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
