Cheetos and I go way back. Sadly. And I kinda blew it yesterday. Picked up one of those Big Grab bags of the stuff y'day. (At least I didn't get one of the "invite your friends" bags). Cheetos. Ugh. While scientists have still, as yet, not quite figured out what they are, my tastebuds love them. I'd intended to eat just a few, and practice some of my well-honed self-control over them. Hah! Right. I ended up eating the whole stupid bag. Granted, I did it slowly over the course of the day... but, the thing is still gone. In terms of weight, I still did ok, but mostly because I was running yesterday, and didn't really get a chance to eat my normal good foods. Not exactly a win--but still in the loss column.

Cheetos and buttered popcorn... have to keep those two at bay.

Ah, but I'm officially down 75lbs this morning! Woo hoo!!!! :D

At least there's something to smile about.

Thank you, sir! I know--that cheat day does help. I was doing that for awhile, but I started overdoing it a bit. I decided this time not to, but not stress too much if I do go astray a little here or there. So far, it is working pretty well.
