Well i certainly deserve the 5LB!!! gain that i've had this week, i've eaten far too much junk and even despite the exercise the lbs have gone on. Its so annoying that i sabbotage myself when i get near to goals.

Today is another day tho and i've made steps to get back on track, my kettlebell session yesterday was really good and my triceps are certainly aching. I've taken pictures of my self in my undies as 'goodbye' pictures and will take my measurements on monday morning. I'm off for a run this morning as i'm still committed to doing the 5mile fun run in a couple of weekends time.

I need to find the balance of eating enough caloires to do my workouts but not eating junk. I've worked out that my calorie intake should be 1450 cals so we'll see how easy i find it to hit that intake without eating junk and keeping my ratios right.

I get that its all about the maths of calories in / calories out but i've learnt that the quality of those calories cannot be overlooked. In order to feel full i need to make sure i'm filling up on salad and veg and i need to start eating more fruit, i've been some what avoiding fruit due to the high carb factor but if i'm gonna end up eating chocolate bars then i may aswell eat the damn fruit cos thats gonna be much better for me.
